Delicious Salmon Recipe
Instructions:
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Clean salmon (fresh no frozen) and pat dry. Place salmon in a glass or non-stick 8x8 backing pan. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl with cooking oil. Rub salmon with seasoned oil flesh side up. Put dollops of butter on top of butter on salmon flesh side up. Sprinkle on lemon juice. Cover baking sheet with foil and put in oven. Bake for 15 minutes, then to add more color, remove foil covering and place on a low broil temperature for 2-3 minutes. Serve and enjoy with desired sides!
Ingredients:
1 pound of fresh salmon
1 tbsp of Flavour-O-Rama seasoning (any heat level will work).
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter (dairy-free or vegan butter will work as well)
1 tbsp of olive or avocado oil
1 pinch of sea salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp of lemon juice
Sautéed and Savory Brussel Sprout Side Dish
2 cups of fresh brussel sprouts, roughly chopped
1 ½ tablespoons of Flavour-O-Rama seasoning (any heat level will work well)
3 teaspoons of avocado or olive oil
1 teaspoon of butter (dairy-free or vegan butter will work well)
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Instructions:
Chop brussel sprouts into rough pieces. Add both oil and butter to frying pan or a small pot, and place on the stove with medium-high heat. Add brussel sprouts, then add all dry spices. Sauté on stove until brussel sprouts are slightly cooked and soft. Serve as a side with desired meal.
