Flavour-O-Rama Fingerlickin’ Airfryer Wings
Ingredients:
1 ½ pound of chicken wings (drums, flats or both)
3 1/2 tablespoons of Flavour-O-Rama seasoning, either Primal, Sizzlin' or Inferno flavour
1 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar, light or dark
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of neutral cooking oil (for example, avocado, vegetable or canola oil)
Instructions:
Clean and pat dry fresh chicken, To make sure the skin is dry, you may put the chicken in the fridge and leave uncovered for about 30 mins. Pre-heat air fryer to 400’ for about 5 mins. In a large bowl, add chicken, and add salt and black pepper to the wings and mix. Add in oil. Then add the remainder of the dry seasoning and mix. Turn air fryer to 380’, set to 10mins. Place chicken in air fryer. After 10 mins, open the air fryer lid, take out the basket or tray and shake the chicken wings around. This helps distribute the fat, which in turns helps the skin get nice and crispy. Then, place basket or tray back in the air fryer, and cook for an additional 10 mins at 380'. Then, increase the temperature to 400’ degrees and cook for an additional 5 mins. This will help add nice color to the wings. You may also add 1 to 2 mins to the time for more color and crispness.
