Instructions:

First, begin to cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Begin to bring water to a boil, making sure to add salt to the water. After pasta is cooked, drain from the water and add a small amount of olive oil to the pasta to prevent sticking. Set aside. 

Next, begin to prepare the salmon. Make sure the salmon is cleaned and pat dried. Remove the skin from the salmon if desired. Cut the salmon into pieces. This recipe makes about 5 to 6 servings. 

Then, begin to make the seasoning mixture for the salmon. This seasoning mixture is for both the fish and the alfredo sauce. 1 tablespoon will be used for the salmon , while the remaining will be added to the sauce later. Start to rub and press in the seasoning mixture on both sides of the salmon. Make sure each side is adequately covered. Set the remaining seasoning aside.  to use later for the alfredo sauce. 

Begin to slice the cherry tomatoes and mushrooms and set aside. (Mushrooms are optional in this recipe). 

Mince the cloves of garlic and set aside. Then, shred the parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Prepare to use have of 1 package of cream cheese. Set aside. 

 In a heated skillet on medium heat, begin to add in 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of the butter. 

As the butter melts, begin to add in the salmon, and sear each side. Cook each side for about 2-3 minutes, based on the thickness of each piece of salmon. Remove from the pan and set aside. 

Add in additional oil and a half a stick of butter to the heated pan. Add in the minced garlic and stir, until the garlic becomes fragrant. Then, add in the tomatoes and mushrooms. SautΓ© until soft. 

Turn down the heat to medium low. Add in the cream cheese and stir. Next, add in the heavy cream and stir the ingredients together. Begin to simmer the ingredients together and make sure the cream cheese and heavy cream is well incorporated. 

Next, begin to add in the parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Stir together until smooth. 

Add in the remaining of the Flavour-o-rama seasoning to the mixture and stir. 

Begin to add in the spinach and stir. 

Next, add in the pasta and incorporate into the sauce. 

Then, add in the salmon. Cover the pan and simmer for about 5 minutes. 

Serve warm with desired sides.

  • 10 cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 3 mushrooms, sliced (optional)

  • 16oz of heavy cream

  • 4oz cream cheese

  • 2 cups of spinach

  • 4 minced cloves of garlic
